Hi from Australia!

Hi everybody, I am joining this little group from the lovely island of Tasmania, in Australia!
I am a bus driver, mostly school and charter, but in the school holidays I do fill in work on a passenger service run, and lately I have been filling in after a driver left while they train up a new driver for that run, although tomorrow I go back to my regular school run.
I love old machinery of any kind, and very much enjoy old preserved buses.
My next door neighbour has an old Bedford and an older Commer that they use to live in as a weekend accommodation when they want to get away from town...some might not like that view next door, but I don't mind!
The bus I drive every day is a 1993 Mercedes Benz OH1418, not really old enough for here, but I love it! Underpowered but it has a real gearbox, one of only 3 buses in our fleet that do, the rest being automatics with the exception of two Leyland Tigers with Wilson semi-automatics.
